Support our partner Atlas Corps in America's Giving Challenge

One of our partners, Atlas Corps is in the top 10 of 6,000+ organizations in America's Giving Challenge! Atlas Corps brings rising nonprofit leaders from developing countries to volunteer at U.S. organizations for a one year fellowship. Atlas Corps strives to build the capacity of the nonprofit sector both in the U.S. and in developing countries through this exchange.

Atlas Corps has been a supporter of ProInspire as we pilot the Inspire Fellows program. We will be doing joint trainings in 2010 to develop the leaders in our respective programs. See the letter from Atlas Corps Founder and CEO below:

Letter from Scott Beale, Founder and CEO of Atlas Corps
With your help, Atlas Corps is currently in 5th place out of 6,050+ organizations in America's Giving Challenge! Moreover, your support has already helped us raise $11,000, every dollar of which will go towards empowering the next generation of global nonprofit leaders.

With about 15 days left in the challenge, there is still a lot that we can do to help build our unique model for international cooperation. I encourage you to check out the America's Giving Challenge leaderboard at to see how Atlas Corps is performing over the coming days and weeks. The competition will only get tougher, but we really believe that we have a shot at one of the top prizes.

Because every unique daily donation helps us get closer to the $50k prize, we encourage you to tell a friend or two about Atlas Corps and the contest. Individuals are allowed to donate once per day, defined as 3pm to 3pm. Remember, you can essentially "vote" twice by giving $10 on two different days rather than $20 on one day. (If you're interested in joining our 5-day or 10-day club, let me know and I'd be happy to run your CC info for you so you don't have to log in each day.)

Thank you again for all of your support.
Scott Beale
